Beric & Sue Lees, with our love for pets are very proud to have established Toowoomba’s Pet & Equine Crematorium, the first Pet crematorium for Toowoomba City and the first Equine Crematorium for Eastern Australia. With our experience, this was designed as one of the most modern pet and equine crematoriums in Australia. Beloved pets small or large deserve more then, backyard communal cremations offered by some operators or the rubbish tip. Every family needs to know that their pet is being looked after with dignity and the identification process doesn’t allow any mix ups. Computers can’t do this; it’s all in the operators procedure to be accurate, caring and trustworthy. Pets Rest In Peace can reassure you this is how we conduct our Crematorium.

Toowoomba’s Pet & Equine Crematorium is fully licenced and approved by EPA and Local Government Authorities. This allows for only high standards to be conducted. Our two specially built pet & equine cremators are the latest to be designed and manufactured in the UK. The UK has higher EPA standards then Australia and all deceased animals have to be cremated.

With Beric owning his own Human Funeral Home for many years, this has allowed us to design the Crematorium so our funeral service for each pet is conducted the same as any human. We have full pet and equine mortuary facilities which is equal to that Beric had with  the human mortuary facilities at Casino Funeral Services. We offer by appointment, an open door policy to allow families to inspect Toowoomba’s Pet & Equine Crematorium to check our procedures, equipment and mortuary.  Our specially designed chapel for viewings or a service

Pets Rest In Peace has provided a private chapel adjacent to our reception at our crematorium for families to say their last goodbyes. Some families may like to have a small funeral service that would help to give them closure or a viewing of their beloved family member. We can also allow you to witness the cremation through a specially designed viewing area. You are most welcomed to take any of these options but only by appointment and a small charge will be incurred to allow for extra staffing.
